About Paisley

At Paisley Advising and Consulting, my mission is to help you unlock your unique needs and drive positive change within your organization via relationships. I work with leadership teams, individuals and organizations as a whole.

My focus is on helping individuals embrace their authentic selves, develop new skills, and create empowering environments.

As a Licensed Social Worker, my goal is to support you on your journey toward positive change. With expertise in communication theory, therapy, and diversity training, I bring a unique skill set to help you.

Our namesake symbolizes the non-linear nature of the journey toward a connected and compassionate community. The paisley print, which holds personal significance for me, represents fertility, nurturing, growth, and prosperity. By harnessing our collective energy for positive change, we can thrive and foster profound connectivity.
